Nino Gachechiladze was born in Tbilisi, into the family of composer Givi Gachechiladze. Her mother, Tina Gachechiladze, was a homemaker. Nino’s sister, Tamar Gachechiladze-Milanova, is a well-known Georgian singer.
Nino completed a seven-year music school as well as public school. After graduating, she was admitted to the Shota Rustaveli Theatre and Film University, where she studied at the Faculty of Drama and Cinema.
Since 2001, she has performed in various theaters in Tbilisi. In 2003, she became an actress at the Kote Marjanishvili State Drama Theatre. She became widely known to the public through the hit television series Chemi Tsolis Dakalebi (My Wife’s Girlfriends), in which she played one of the leading roles.
She is fluent in both Russian and English.
