Ildar Kuyanchiev, known professionally as KIM, began his film career in the early 2000s as an assistant director working with actors on film sets in Russia. Over the years, he steadily rose through the ranks, mastering every aspect of production along the way. After returning to Uzbekistan with extensive experience, he now works actively as a casting director and international talent agent, while also taking on roles as a producer, executive producer, and creative producer — as well as continuing to direct and act. He is driven by a passion for bold, emotionally resonant storytelling that connects with audiences.

In October 2023, Ildar invited Kevin Spacey to attend the Tashkent International Film Festival as a guest of honor.
