I was born in Moscow in 1994 into a Jewish family. I came to Essen at the age of eleven as a Jewish refugee. After training as an actor for film and camera, I lived in Israel for a year. I speak four languages fluently: Russian, German, English and Hebrew (plus Yiddish and Ukrainian).
As a freelance artist, I have worked on stage and in front of the camera in international productions, including for Axel Springer Akademie, as well as under the direction of Christof Seeger-Zurmühlen, Emiliia Kivelevich and Britta Shulamit Jakobi.
During the pandemic, I founded the association "Kibbuz e.V. - Centre for Art, Culture and Education" and implemented several artistic projects as a project manager and freelance artist, including the online projects "YOUDE", "Zeitzeugentheater" and the video series "Schauspieler in Quarantäne". Our association won the Prize for Democracy and Tolerance and was nominated by bpb for the Germany-wide Engagement Award 2021.
I volunteer in the field of preventing anti-Semitism and racism and work as a coach and drama teacher for children, young people and adults.
Today I am a happy father and husband. The most important thing for me in my job is to have fun in front of the camera and on stage, and to work well together behind the scenes. I enjoy working a lot and intensively with the roles and living them in front of the camera and on stage.
