My name is Andro Chichinadze (27), my love for the films has been a lifelong passion. From the earliest days of my childhood, I knew that I was destined to be an actor. In 2014, despite being a bit shy, I entered "Shota Rustaveli University of Cinema and Theater" in Tbilisi. In the end of study i decided to quit appearing on the stage, however, about two years ago, I had an epiphany. I realized that my experience in the theater would be immensely valuable to my cinematic journey. These two worlds of storytelling could complement and enrich each other. So, I decided to return to one of the most intriguing contemporary theater stages in Tbilisi, and it turned out to be a brilliant decision. I owe a tremendous debt of gratitude to Misha Charkviani, the director and the visionary behind the theater. His wealth of experience and acting energy proved to be a transformative influence, not only in the theater but also on the silver screen. Following my return to the theater, something wonderful happened. The invaluable lessons I learned there seamlessly translated into my cinematic endeavors. My career began to gather momentum, and I found myself blessed to work alongside remarkable directors and co-stars in both the realms of cinema and theater. Each new project presented a unique challenge, pushing me to evolve and refine my craft as an actor. Professional growth for an actor continues throughout his life, from constant new experiences and through the expression of these experiences in different ways. That's why I approach every role with great effort and attention, Because the creation of any character begins with getting to know myself first.
After the New Year, I'm setting my sights on Europe, eager to embark on a new chapter in my cinematic odyssey. It's time to expand my horizons and embrace the challenge of gaining fresh experiences on the international stage."
